Cancellation / return policy

The client has the right to rescind on their purchase, without penalty, no questions asked, by notifying the company within fourteen (14) calendar days starting from the date of delivery of the item.


To cancel an order, the client must provide written notification to the company before the end of the fourteen-day cancellation period. The client can do this in two ways:

- by using the "cancellation form" or

- by making a written declaration that clearly states the client's decision to cancel the order.


the item(s) may only be returned after providing notification to the company about order cancellation. Please note the following points:

- return shipping charges are always at the client's expense.


Items must be returned to the following address: Michelangelo Buonarroti Interiors - Predikherenstraat 17-19 - 8000 Bruges - Belgium.


Returns are strictly at the client's risk. The company is not liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged.


- returned items must be complete including any accessoiries, instructions manual, etc...

- the item must be returned in its original packaging.

- the returned item must not have been used.

- items that are returned in a dirty state will not be accepted.

- personalized and made to order items may not be returned.

 If the above conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse to refund the returned items.

- through the form on your order confirmation.

- fill out the online form and submit it on our webshop


The company will provide confirmation of receipt of the cancellation without delay.



- the refund (including the initial delivery fees) will be carried out within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation form.

- the refund may be delayed for 14 days, if the company has not received the returned items within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation form.

- in the event of a partial return, the initial delivery fees will not be refunded.
